Cody Lane

Cody brings over 14 years of extensive technical and commercial experience across biologics, medical devices, and contract sterilization. He spent more than seven years in biologics overseeing manufacturing operations, sales, gamma outsourcing, and the development of a BSL-2 laboratory with in-house EO sterilization. Before joining ClorDiSys, he spent six years at Sterigenics, where he applied his microbiology background to support pharmaceutical and medical device companies with Gamma, EO, X-ray and E-Beam sterilization strategies. Cody is recognized for his strong command of sterilization science, regulatory expectations, and practical implementation across complex product portfolios. He also led product management and business development efforts in animal health, launching new product lines and strengthening clinical partnerships nationwide. His combination of scientific depth and real-world sterilization expertise ensures clients receive informed, reliable guidance for their most critical products.
