Vice President Operations 

Kenneth Allen is a strategic and patient-first medtech and life sciences leader who thrives on building high-performing teams that deliver results. As Vice President Operations at ClorDiSys, Kenneth oversees commercial operations across the company’s contract sterilization business. Kenneth brings extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, and quality. He is focused on accelerating growth through coordinated execution, operational excellence and shaping, transforming, and driving innovation to sterilize med devices, tissue and pharmaceutical products used by healthcare professionals.

Kenneth brings more than 33 years of experience in life sciences and medtech, including leadership roles in general management, operations, and quality management at Arrow International, Sterigenics, Boston Scientific, BioMerieux, Fresenius Medical Care and AstraZeneca.

While at Arrow International, Sterigenics, and Boston Scientific, Kenneth held roles in sterilization sciences for Ethylene Oxide, Gamma, and Steam sterilization facilities, leading to leadership roles in General Management and Operations for multiple sterilization facilities.

Most recently, he served in both operations and quality leadership roles at Integra Life Sciences in Tissue Technologies. While at Integra, Kenneth led significant remediation and change management in areas of culture, compliance, operational execution, and quality systems improvements.

Kenneth holds undergraduate and graduate degrees along with post graduate studies in areas of bioscience, business/economics and biotechnology and regulatory science. He also holds certifications in various areas in operational excellence, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), as well as quality auditing/compliance in med device and pharmaceuticals, with certifications also in quality engineering and manufacturing systems.
